Dr. Liisa Klinge is an attorney at law and notary with official residence in Berlin. She supports our company law panel. She mainly focuses on matters related to public limited companies or companies with limited liability but also related to partnerships. As a lawyer or notary, she works on the establishment of companies, sale of shares, (general) shareholders’ meetings, capital measures, participation agreements, but also transformations of companies and similar structural measures. She also covers the entire range of notarial services.

Her clients include small and medium-sized companies and founders of new businesses.

Dr. Liisa Klinge specialised in trade law and company law in 2016 and was appointed notary in Berlin in 2018. She gives regular lectures on legal subjects related to the management of limited liability companies at the Berlin Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
