Elke Holthausen-Dux
Attorney at Law and Retired Notary
Elke Holthausen-Dux is a passionate notary and her activities as a lawyer focus on corporate property law, but also on company law and inheritance law. She has specific expertise in the conceptional design and realisation of legally complex property projects, including in the building contractor business. She is active in our property law panel.
Her clients include international real property funds and listed real property companies as well as family offices and private individuals that hold her in very high esteem for her experience and comprehensive consultation.
Elke Holthausen-Dux advises and notarises in German and English and she also speaks French. She has been a partner of MOCK Rechtsanwälte since 2005 and worked for a large international law firm before she joined our law firm. After her studies and her work as an articled clerk in Bonn and Cologne, she worked in Frankfurt am Main and has been a Berlin resident since 1992. Elke Holthausen-Dux is a lecturer and expert for the real estate sector and the notarial experts. In addition, she is involved in the promotion of professional policy and standards.
