Wolfram Ganzleben is a notary and an attorney at law, and his main fields of expertise are company law and property law. He provides advice on property transactions and financing, property project development and he supports his clients in establishing companies, implementing capital or structural measures and in M&A projects.

His clients include listed real property groups, institutional investors and project developers.

He studied law in Bayreuth and Würzburg and thereafter, he worked as a lawyer in Frankfurt and Berlin (associate with Rädler Raupach Bezzenberger, and later he became a partner with Oppenhoff & Rädler). He was appointed notary for the district of the Higher Regional Court (Kammergericht) Berlin in 1997. He is one of the founding partners of our law firm (est. 2001).
