Sabine Engelhardt is a lawyer and notary with many years of experience in property law. She advises private and institutional investors on property transactions. In the area of corporate law, she regularly assists start-ups with company formation, financing rounds and reorganisations. She notarises in German and English as well as online.

After studying in Berlin and the UK and completing her legal clerkship, she worked at PWC in the tax/real estate department from 2004 to 2008 and then at Gleiss Lutz in real estate and corporate law. After her appointment as a notary in 2017, she moved to the property law firm Wanderer und Partner. She has been a member of our firm’s team since 2025.

Sabine Engelhardt is a member of the board of the Berlin Chamber of Notaries and of the advisory board of the German Notarial Institute (DNotI).
