Ulrike Rook is part of our property law and inheritance law panels. She advises and represents private individuals and companies in all notarial aspects. She often works on sales and acquisitions of property, development and division of property and the structuring and realisation of developer projects, including the sale of the units. She attends to inheritance and family law matters such as anticipated inheritance or the structuring of last wills and marriage contracts, always keeping in mind the relevant interfaces to other legal areas, such as company law. She advises and notarises in German and English.

In 2013, Ulrike Rook was admitted to practise as a lawyer and was appointed notary in 2020, with official residence in Berlin. Before she was appointed notary, she gained vast practical experience as a notary’s office manager and was appointed substitute notary in many cases. In 2020, she became a partner with MOCK Rechtsanwälte.
