Matteo Koch focuses his practice on corporate law, in particular shareholder disputes, financing rounds, complex transactions, corporate reorganizations, and stock corporation law. In addition, he supports nationwide operating real estate companies and public institutions in general civil law matters and commercial tenancy law.

As a regular notary representative for the notaries of the firm, he has already accompanied a large number of notarial transactions in all areas of corporate and real estate law.

During his studies and his legal clerkship, which he also completed in Leipzig, he specialized in commercial and corporate law matters, including as part of his work in the M&A team of a large international law firm. Having completed the renowned LL.M. program “International Commercial Arbitration Law” (ICAL) at Stockholm University, he also offers in-depth expertise in international commercial arbitration law.

Matteo Koch was admitted to the Berlin Bar in spring 2021 and has been working as an associated lawyer at MOCK ever since.
