As an independent and impartial notary public, Marty Kaiser is at his clients’ disposal in all areas of preventive legal services. He is a member of our Real Estate Law, Commercial & Corporate Law and Inheritance Law working groups. The focus of his work is on the conception and implementation of complex real estate transactions, including real estate development and condominium projects. In addition, Marty Kaiser advises private individuals and entrepreneurs on inheritance law including corporate succession.

In his capacity as attorney, Marty Kaiser also assists his clients as a consultant and in the enforcement of or defense against civil law claims. The out-of-court negotiation of real estate transactions is as much a part of his range of activities as litigation before all German civil courts with the exception of the Federal Supreme Court.

His clients include well-known property developers and listed real estate companies as well as private individuals, who appreciate him for his open, affable and at the same time obliging manner. In the notarial field, Mr. Kaiser attaches great importance to a comprehensive and thorough explanation of the not infrequently complicated legal transactions and is always available to the parties involved, both before and after a notarization.

Marty Kaiser is fluent in English and French. He has been an attorney since 2015, a partner in the firm since 2021, and a notary public with official seat in Berlin since December of the same year. Mr. Kaiser completed his legal clerkship, both state examinations and the noatrial examination in Berlin. His law studies first led him to the University of Potsdam and then to the Humboldt University of Berlin, where he received his research doctorate in 2015 with a dissertation on data protection in corporate acquisitions. Over many years, Mr. Kaiser gained extensive experience as a notary representative. Before his admission to the bar, he had worked as a research assistant in international law firms for several years.
