Marty Kaiser is part of our real estate law, corporate law and inheritance law panels. His professional focus is on the conceptual design and realisation of complex property transactions, including developer and residential property projects. He regularly prepares and examines purchase contracts for land and buildings and supports his clients in all phases of the purchase or sale of property in German and French. In addition thereto, Marty Kaiser advises private individuals and entrepreneurs on inheritance issues, anticipated inheritance and business succession. He represents heirs in the distribution of estates and the enforcement and defence of civil law claims in court.

His clients include renowned developers and listed real property companies as well as private individuals, who hold him in high esteem due to his open, pleasant and friendly manner and his talent to find and implement just the right economic and at the same time legally stable solution.

Marty Kaiser is fluent in English and French. He has been a partner since 2021 and has gained vast experience as a lawyer and – over several years – as a substitute notary in all areas that are relevant for notary services. He started his career as a lawyer in our partnership in 2015. He worked as an articled clerk and passed his two state examinations in Berlin. He commenced his law studies at the University of Potsdam and continued at the Humboldt University Berlin, where he got his doctorate degree with his doctoral thesis on data protection in connection with the acquisition of companies in 2015. Before his admission to practise as a lawyer, Marty Kaiser worked as a research associate in international corporate law offices for several years.
