Stefan Langner is a notary and attorney-at-law, specializing in company law and property law. He also advises clients on matters of inheritance.

As a legal advisor, he primarily represents well-established companies, cooperatives, and auditing firms.

Stefan Langner originally trained as a certified bank clerk before studying law in Freiburg im Breisgau, where he also earned his doctorate in law (Dr. iur.). He has lived and worked in Berlin since his legal traineeship between the two state examinations, with the exception of a brief period in Auckland, New Zealand. He was admitted to the bar in 1997 and appointed as a notary in 2007.

He joined our firm as a partner in 2014, having previously been a partner in the Berlin office of Rödl & Partner.

Stefan Langner is actively involved in professional advocacy for the notarial field. Since 2013, he has served on the executive board of the Berlin Chamber of Notaries.
