Stefan Langner is a notary and an attorney at law and his main fields of expertise are company law and property law. In addition, he advises clients in inheritance matters.

As a lawyer, he advises and represents mainly small and medium-sized companies, cooperatives and auditing companies.

He was trained to become a qualified bank clerk and studied law in Freiburg i. Br., where he also got his doctorate degree (Dr. iur.). Since he began working as an articled clerk between his two state examinations, he has lived and worked in Berlin (with the exception of a few months in Auckland/New Zealand), where he was admitted to practise law in 1997 and appointed notary in 2007. He became a partner in our law firm in 2014 and before that, he was a partner in the Berlin office of Rödl & Partners.

He is involved in the promotion of professional policy for the notarial profession. Since 2013, he has been a member of the executive board of the Berlin Chamber of Notaries.
