Kai-Uwe Opper focuses on company law, property law and public commercial law.
After he completed law school and worked as a research associate in law firms in New York and London, he joined the major international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as a lawyer in 2016. Thereafter, he and a large team left and started at the newly established partnership POSSER SPIETH WOLFERS & PARTNERS (pswp). Kai-Uwe Opper provided legal, political and communicative advice to several commercial enterprises on the management of regulatory crises (e.g. advice on autonomous driving and consultation of start-ups on the introduction of novel mobility concepts). In addition, he focused on advising a building company in Berlin on communisation and on the rent freeze. He published professional articles on various subjects and was featured as a “very good associate” in Legal500 2021.
Kai-Uwe Opper joined MOCK in 2021 as an attorney and passed the notarial examinations.
